FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) seeks an outgoing and customer service-oriented individual to join the organization based in our Tokyo, Japan office as an Associate Client Relationship Manager (RM).  This role bridges the Onboarding and Sales functions.  The RM will be responsible for onboarding clients onto the FXSpotStream service and cultivating the relationship by remaining the client’s primary point of contact. The RM will respond to client needs, educate clients about FSS’s services, provide excellent service, and continuously seek opportunities to generate higher trade volume and improve client experience.
