FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) seeks an outgoing and customer service-oriented individual to join the organization as an Associate Client Relationship Manager (RM) in a role that bridges the Onboarding and Sales functions. The position will be based in Jersey City and will require office attendance Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays, and flexibility for occasional additional remote workdays.

The RM will be responsible for onboarding clients onto the FSS service and further cultivating the relationship by remaining the client’s primary point of contact. The RM will respond to client needs, educate clients about FSS’s services, provide excellent service, and continuously seek opportunities to generate higher trade volume and enhance the client experience.

The individual will report to the VP- Regional Head of Relationship Management (Americas).
