Recently FXSpotStream announced they will be unveiling additional functionality to support FX Algos and Allocations, and CEO, Alan Schwarz has wasted no time in assembling his team to deliver this initiative.
In 2020, FXSpotStream added 12 new staff members, 6 of which were in Relationship Manager/Support roles. Furthermore, Rich Kaltenbach joined as General Counsel and Caryn Kim as Business Development Manager.
“I have always viewed excellent Client Services as a vital part of running a business and, to support the new functionality, it was vital that we grew the support team at the same rate as the product offering,” Alan Schwarz commented.
Now, with the announcement public, and Beta clients in the pipeline, FXSpotStream has turned its attention to sales, and attracting those clients that will benefit from accessing the Algo suite of a Tier 1 provider via an API using the same great model as their existing business. The combination of the Algo functionality with the support for Allocations will see further growth in the number of hedge funds, asset managers, multinational corporations and regional banks accessing the liquidity from the 15 Tier 1 liquidity providing banks via FXSpotStream.
In addition to Matt Fic’s arrival, Rhys Bryan, who recently joined the team in 2020 as VP, EMEA Sales and New Business, has been rewarded for his excellent work with a promotion to the role of EMEA Head of Sales and New Business.
The former EMEA Head of Sales and New Business, Antony Brocksom, has been promoted to Global Head of Sales and New Business. Antony joined FXSpotStream in 2015 after a career in Prime Brokerage on the sell side with Barclays and J.P.Morgan.
